Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the inhalation and application of volatile essential oils from aromatic plants to restore or enhance health, beauty and well being. The basic intention of Aromatherapy is to bring together the scientific achievements of man with his intuitive understanding for the treatment of illnesses with the most effective and useful natural essential oils. Conforming with the laws of nature, the principle of Aromatherapy is to strengthen the self-healing processes by preventative methods and indirect stimulation of the immune system. Their field of activity is quite wide, ranging from deep and penetrating therapeutic actions to the extreme sublety of unique fragrance. Simply put, essential oils can be used to enhance health as well as the quality of life.

Quantum Touch
In principal the Quantum-Touch practitioner learns to focus and amplify life-force energy, which is most often referred to as “Chi” or “Prana”. This is accomplished by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. When the practitioner holds a high vibrational field of life-force energy around an affected area, through a process of resonance and entrainment, the client naturally matches the vibration of the practitioner, allowing one’s own biological intelligence to do whatever healing it deems necessary.

Reiki
The name Reiki (RAY-key) comes from two Japanese words. Rei refers to a universal mind or higher power and Ki refers to life force energy also known as Chi. According to eastern philosophy, a person’s chi energy varies throughout their lives. When the Chi is low, the person feels weak and is more susceptible to illness. When Chi is high, the person feels healthy and harmonious. A Reiki therapist is trained to facilitate an increase in the client’s Chi energy by placing their hands on the client’s body. Although Reiki is “hands-on”, unlike massage, Reiki is administered through a very gentle touch. While the patient is seated or lying down and fully clothed, the practitioner’s hands are placed along energy centers and pathways on the head, neck, shoulders, upper chest, abdomen, legs, and feet (similar to those used in acupuncture).As the name Reiki implies, this energy is both intelligent and healing. It goes where it is needed to balance, stabilize and strengthen, promoting relaxation, well being and feelings of warmth and comfort.
